In an era of sweet IPAs and beers that resembles fruit juice, we decided to make it the other way. We brewed a beer, that has no residual sugar left and is dry, hence Brut as used with characterizing of the vine. This Champagne dry like beer is brewed with selected Belgian yeast and Lactobacillus and topped with generous amount of mango, raspberries, and vanilla to round everything up into very fruity, but dry beer greatness.
